Ecology Explorers
An unforgettable summer camp experience at Bryant Pond launches this fun, hands-on year-long ecology program of the Reach Center in collaboration with the UMaine Cooperative Extension 4-H program.
Ecology Explorers is now recruiting middle schools students in Cumberland County to learn and do science and math outside of school. To participate in this program this year, you must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in 2012-2013, live in Cumberland County, and commit to actively participate all year in this intensive learning experience, starting with a week-long summer camp at the Bryant Pond 4-H Camp & Learning Center.
This program, including camp, is entirely free to participants!
If you’ve ever wondered about the living things in your backyard, wanted to do something to keep your local environment healthy, or thought about learning science and math in a more active, fun way–check out Ecology Explorers and apply online now!
