Who We Are
The Reach Center is a project of Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance (MMSA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our staff is located at the MMSA offices in Augusta.
MMSA was established in 1992 to enhance STEM education and elevate student aspirations and achievement in Maine in those fields. MMSA brings extensive experience in professional development for STEM educators and in the organization of both in-school and out-of-school STEM programs for promising students.
Staff
The Reach Center staff currently includes co-directors, a project manager, an educator who is the Lead STEM Guide for the Dexter-Dover area, and an administrative manager. These core staff members allow the Reach Center flexibility in planning programs and collaborating with partners throughout the state.
